Castle Aerwinkel estate
Castle Aerwinkel estate is a special estate. Not only is the house interesting from a cultural-historical point of view (after all, it is the first major work by Pierre Cuijpers, the famous Roermond architect and builder of the Rijksmuseum, among others), but it also has a very special, 7-hectare park, which has now recently been included in the EGHN. Adjacent is the beautiful Munnichsbos where there are plenty of hiking and cycling trails.
The Gasterij
Gasterij Geluk(t) is a beautifully converted tithe barn on the estate of Kasteel Aerwinkel. You can find an excellent venue here for all your events. Think of weddings and parties, but it's also an excellent location for meetings. Or how about a high tea? Or a continuous buffet?
The Gasterij is exclusively open by appointment for groups and gatherings.
Happiness workshop
At Aerwinkel Castle, you can literally find happiness because happiness can be 'made'. You will discover this in the practical workshop around happiness. The workshop takes about two hours and is guided by a happiness coach. They start with coffee and flan. Then you will get a brief explanation about makeable happiness. Next, you will work inside and outside in small groups on various exercises or questions about happiness. Afterwards, you will be given a nice souvenir of the workshop. The workshop is very suitable for teambuilding. Kasteel Aerwinkel offers various possibilities to complement the workshop, such as a high-tea, walk or lunch with local products.
